My experience with Specialty Mantel Craft in the purchase of a custom-made cherry mantel was first rate. Dave was knowledgeable and quite patient in leading me through the process of designing my mantel. The computer-generated scale drawings were a great help in visualizing the mantel as an aide to determining dimensions. Delivery was exactly on time, the packing was excellent, and the product satisfying in every way. The craftsman installing my fireplace commented more than once on how well-designed the mantel's hanging system was. I have been delighted with my mantel, and would go back to Specialty Mantel Craft in the future should I need another.
